8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because many of our items are print-on-demand and made specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Print-on-demand sellers commonly distinguish between defective/misprinted items and buyer-preference issues such as ordering the wrong size or changing one’s mind; POD products are often not resellable once produced.

Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect color selected by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Preference-based issues
  • Minor color variation from screen display
  • Minor print or embroidery placement variation
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution for eligible issues such as:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Misprinted items
  • Incorrect item received
  • Production error
  • Fulfillment error

To request help with an order issue, contact us at brent@yinzmerch.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable.

10. Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing product size charts before placing an order.

Sizing may vary by product, brand, garment type, supplier, and fit. We do not guarantee that every item will fit the same way as products from other brands or previous purchases.

If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before ordering.

11. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes, sales, and promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time. Discount codes generally cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders unless we choose to make an exception.
